Online Registration

We are fully computerized and all of our academic and operational processes are fully computerized. We are using online ERP system eSchool to automate  and optimize all our processes. With eSchool system, parents also get the access for their ward's account and can see ward's performance, circulars, etc at the comfort of your home.

As we are going towards fully computerization, student registration process is also computerized and fully online. Now, you can apply Online and can check the status of your application online. You can also check the latest availability of seats and also can register for your seat.

Registration @ School

The School prospectus along with a admission form for admission is available in the school office during school hours on payment of Rs. 100/- in cash or by bank draft in favour of the School of Excellence.

Please note that registration of a student for seeking admission or for appearance at the admission test does not automatically entitle the student for admission.

If the student gets through the test. He is entitled for seeking admission, if seat is available in the particular class, fee may be deposited according to fee structure for the particular class.

Rules for Class 1st

For class 1st students between the age group of 5 to 6 can seek admission, but before this a student has to appear in the general written and oral test based on the course of the previous class. Birth certificate and 3 passport size coloured photographs are to be submitted.

Rules for Other Classes

For admission in class 2nd and onwards original marksheet, T.C. and three passport size photographs are required. Date of birth, as recorded in the previous school leaving certificates, countersigned by the district education officer of the state will be considered final and no application for the change in the date of birth will subsequently be entertained. Parents and guardians must, therefore, ensure that these entries are correctly entered in the admission form.

Withdraw or Transfers

If the parents/guardians wish to withdraw a child from the school, they must kindly apply for the withdrawal in writing before 30 days. The deposited fee will not be refunded if the student leaves the school in the mid of the session. An application for the school leaving certificate should be submitted by the parent or guardians at least 15 days before the T.C. will be issued only during office hours.

Fee Payment Rules

  • All fees are to be paid strictly in advance and in time, in order to avoid fine for late payment.
  • Fees will be accepted only on the fee counter from 1st to 15th of the declared month for every instalment.
  • A fine of Rs. 1/- per day will be charged till the date of payment. However, your child will not be allowed to come to school if the fee is due for more than a month.
  • Unnecessary arguments or discussions at the fee counter is highly objectionable.
  • Bring fees card alongwith you at the time of payment always.

School Transport Rules

Bus/Van facility is provided for all the students of the school.
Bus will collect all the students from main points of the city and various areas.
One month notice is required for discontinuing bus facility.
